He combines strategic financial leadership with strong commercial and operational insight to support the company’s growth and long‑term performance.

Rachel is a customer-led business leader who has built Zellis’ Customer Success organisation from the ground up, driving major improvements in Brand NPS, product adoption and advocacy. Whether shaping executive-level customer narratives, or embedding scalable success planning, Rachel is focused on empowering customers to achieve more with confidence. 

Sasha brings extensive experience from high‑growth, technology‑led environments, having led HR at the AI start-up Beam and previously headed the Group People function at Moonpig during a period of exponential growth. She has also held senior global roles at Arm, where she led international teams across employee experience, communications, reward and talent through significant growth and change.

James is an experienced commercial leader with a strong background in global B2B technology. He has held senior roles at Wrike, Conga, Oracle, Johnson & Johnson and ADP bringing a focus to both the employee and customer experience.
